Sep 07, 2022 04:15PM ● By Patricia SmithThe Wolfpack of Chiles High School did not disappoint at the team's season opener on Friday night, August 19.
No mercy was displayed toward the Timberwolves' game rivals, the Sebastian River Sharks.
The Sharks traveled over four hours to Tallahassee for a little football training on how a game is played when on the Timberwolves' turf.
The Chiles Timberwolves defense was extraordinary, stopping the Sharks from making any touchdowns until the 3rd quarter of the game, when they managed to get six points on the scoreboard, preventing a complete shutout.
Chiles Running Back Treāavis Jones (#0) and Wide Receiver Ryan Sumner (#4) were highlighted athletes of the game for making incredible touchdown plays that caused the crowd to go wild as they stood up, screaming in support and clapping their hands.
