If you could use one word to describe Tallahassee, what would it be?
"Amazing. We are amazing because we are a nationally recognized community to live, work and play in. And what makes our community so amazing is our residents, citizens and neighbors.”
What’s one thing that Tallahassee doesn’t have right now that you hope it gets in the future?
“Well, we continue to work hard to attract the private industry and specially manufacturing to the airport so that we can maximize all of the resources that we have at the airport. And we’re heading in the right direction!”
What have you been up to this summer with your family?
“We take time in our busy schedule to make sure that we have family time. Ginny and I have two boys, a 13-year-old and 11-year-old. Family time is very important. The boys have enjoyed summer camp, and church camp and we’re a big Scout family. Between summer camps, and family time, that’s our summer right there.”
You’ve lived in Tallahassee for a while. What’s the most memorable thing, place, or event you can think of here?
“I will always have fond memories growing up in Tallahassee with my siblings, my parents and my friends. I mean, I was so blessed to have the community that supported me growing up. I grew up in Killearn, and I’m just very thankful. I don’t know if I have just one event or person, because it takes a village. And I have a very important village. My village of Killearn! I just have fond memories of growing up in Tally, whether it's parks and recreation flag football, whether it’s hanging out with friends or family, the school system…everything is just fantastic.”
