On Friday, June 24, Ology Brewing held the grand opening of its brand new location in the Northampton Shopping Center at 2910 Kerry Forest Parkway.

The brewery initially tried to debut its brewery, food lab and coffee space back in April of 2020, right at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, so this opening is long-awaited.

 Soft openings were held for a select few a few days before Ology Northside opened to the public.

“This space is beautiful and a culmination of what Ology has become over the last five years,” according to the brewery. 

 During the Friday, June 24 grand opening, hundreds of guests could be seen enjoying a wide variety of beers and an “elevated” cocktail menu with something for everyone to enjoy.

Guest were also treated to some samples from their FoodLab, which will be open for full service in mid-July, featuring “fresh, local ingredients” and a menu that’s “highly consumable and perfectly matched to an Ology craft beverage.”

Ology Coffee will soon debut inside the location, along with a full breakfast, lunch/dinner and a late-night menu option for tasty bites.

For the next few weeks, Ology Northside’s hours of operation will be as follows:

Friday: 2 p.m. -1 a.m. 

Saturday: 12 p.m.-1 a.m. 

Sunday: 12 p.m.- 10 p.m.

Monday-Thursday: 4 p.m.-10 p.m.
